#0.下载安装包
https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/dists/bionic/pool/stable/amd64/
注意下载以下三个文件。注意版本号。

#1.手动安装
sudo dpkg -i containerd.io_1.2.6-3_amd64.deb

sudo dpkg -i docker-ce-cli_19.03.8~3-0~ubuntu-bionic_amd64.deb

#2.验证
sudo docker run hello-world
