解决方案：

1. 开始 >  search  >  gpedit.msc

2. Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation -> Encryption Oracle Remediation

3. Encryption Oracle Remediation -> choose Enable  -> change protection level -> Vulnerable -> Apply
