不慌，没有就下载嘛，直接install：
sudo apt-get install pkg-config-arm-linux-gnueabihf参考：
https://installati.one/install-pkg-config-arm-linux-gnueabihf-ubuntu-20-04/正常来说Ubuntu都是可以下载的，其他版本的交叉编译没有试过，不行就干源码！

正常来说Ubuntu都是可以下载的，其他版本的交叉编译没有试过，不行就干源码！
