Android 沉浸式状态栏完美解决方案

不废话,回到正题, 首先贴上一个众所周知的库 SystemBarTint
我只要这个类

这个类我就不多说了, 就是兼容4.x以上沉浸透明状态栏的一个兼容类

先贴工具类, 有部分代码参考自网上并有做改动,
